I was provided a larger truck than originally reserved because the one I was to use was not available. The vendor was helpful in explaining this to me in a timely fashion. The rental was a one-way service. The one thing I would recommend is that when such a change is made that the drop-off site is one that can accept a larger truck. My original destination for drop-off could not. The additional allowance for milage was enough to cover the further distance, and is appreciated.

Jennifer SThere wasn’t enough cell service so I had to go check in. Even though the office was marked up and unlocked, I waited for over 20 minutes for the employee who didn’t even acknowledge that he had been away so long—even after I brought it up. The drop-off went a lot smoother. It just took forever to upload all the photos because, again, there wasn’t much service. All that said, I’m aware it may have been an abnormal situation and the facility was nice, so I’d be willing to try renting from them again. I do wish they had a cargo van available.
