I reserved 2 26' Uhauls to move across Texas. They canceled my reservation. I called. Got a 26' and 20' confirmation instead. Went to pick up and only had 1 20'. I had to settle for 2 20' and 2 5x8. Realizing the trailers were too little, I returned 1 and picked up 6x12. I still couldn't fit everything in and had to leave stuff behind for free. Then I received an email for a free storage building for 1 month. The first month is prorated and 2nd month is free. Then realized the 5x8 returned at the pickup location wasn't scanned in as received. If it could've gone wrong, it did.

Cornell's was supper easy to drop off the trailer and were very cordial. Be sure to fully read the above comment for my opinion on the rental reservation debacle.

I was surprised tgat Clarendon even had a UHaul. The town population is under 2000. It saved us another 2 hours of travel the next day.

No lights in parking lot while this unintended trailer swap occurred. Safety standards need to be considered when renting out these trailers especially when they are clearly one way long drive rentals. Trailer provided from this location was in good condition.

We paid that much to have the trailer for about 3 hours, and before we dropped it off we were already receiving text messages that the location we were taking it to was in need of it. When we dropped it off, the guy there told us they should have not even charged us because we were doing yall a favor by bringing it where it was needed. We hurried to unload because the text said it was needed. Not even a discount for getting it there way before we agreed to. Also, the trailer was dented up on the fenders and we had to hook it up ourselves. The girl only took a picture of the hookup, we've NEVER had to do the hookup at Altus.

Drop Off - The gentleman at pick up and the gentlemen at my drop off were FANTASTIC, but that was it. customer service and Roadside assistance - I had issues along my route and having to be transferred between departments. Roadside saying they could not help. U-Haul not offering solutions, it was an overall horrible experience with your company. Do better with customer service when your paying customer has something happen that was beyond their control. Shame on you! Would love to speak to someone about it.

"Back room" set me back, but real issue is lack of furniture pads (ZERO available) packing paper (ZERO available) and the fact I was told "The truck should be here is no one else rents it" , even with a reservation was verging on unacceptable. After loading and driving 119 miles into a head/cross wind at 61 mph average fuel consumption went up from 6,9 to 7,8 mpg which I felt was as expected.

It was close to closing and the lady at the counter was quick to tell me she was locking the door in 2 minutes.

U haul leaked and it was raining so hard we couldn’t see to get to destination to drop off so we had drop off at location 20 miles away and got charged 72 penalty and I asked for a dolly didn’t get it and I didn’t charge them but they sure charge u for any little thing.
