Everything was fine overall except for when I tried to return the van. The site wouldn't load very well and I'm not even sure if it recorded all of my info or not when dropping off. Not sure if it was just the site itself but it was a pain for that, but picking up it was fine.

The whole situation was a disaster. The truck i was supposed to take was missing keys in the lock box. I was on the phone with a representative for 30-45 minutes.I couldn't upload the appropriate pictures for check in. The movers switched the appointment time more than once so I had to switch my rental period more than once. The truck was barely above E, so in an effort to meet the movers on time I went home instead of getting gas and they came 45 minutes later than I was told. I had to pay them extra for time and a half. I was late returning the truck and completely wiped out and I have no idea why the bill was higher than astronaut suits. I took pictures when returning the truck as well.
Tracie PSigning up online was an exhausting process. It literally took us 25 minutes to navigate all of the questions, many unnecessary asking if we needed additional services. This part could be improved.
James OThe tire was low and the fuel were low but I got charged anyways because I didn't took a picture of my evidence. Don't be like me. You see something took a picture of it!!
