Better access to trucks with an appropriate walkway versus walking through hole in the fence, and being able to pull out as I had to go over a curb to get into parking lot then the street.

i used this location because it was convenient to the RIC airport where I had arrived that day and also to the location where I was to pick up a cargo load to take to my house. The store attendant was not at all helpful in knowing how to process the truck. He had to call another employee (his brother) to come to the store to assist him. While i did not have time to wait for him to arrive, one of your employees handled processing the truck rental over the phone to the point where I was given a truck number and he could give me the key which matched this number. the girl on the phone was very helpful. the store also had a business card for their U-Haul contact, but I learned that person no longer worked for U-Haul. This location also did not have the option for mobile check-in as they did not use the key box.
KEITH EVehicle was not clean, clerk had no idea on what to do, vehicle was parked in a lot behind the store and was not secure. The back of the uhaul had to be swept out as it looked like animals were transported before me.

James BVehicle was not clean; they didn't have the dolly I requested, instead of saying that, they tried to give me the wrong one; when I arrived at pickup time, they weren't there and didn't arrive until 30 min later; and they were not able to process me at the location, I had to do it over the phone
