Since I made this reservation on a Friday...there a whole day (Saturday) for them to check what their reservations on Sunday needed.the truck I rented on Sunday came empty with zero equipment that I asked for. I had to scramble and borrow equipment from friends. It was very frustrating. I have used the uhaul from them before and never had this issue. This is super poor attention to detail on their part. I want my money back from the equipment I never got to use.

JUAN SI have been trying to contact the manager, when I picked up the truck the gas was marked incorrectly, I took the receipt back into him he circled the gas and initialed it and said I'm not a penny pincher. I returned the truck with the same amount of gas that was in the the truck when I got it , took pictures of the gas and miles and I get a promissory notes for extra charges for gas and fueling charges!! Not mention this money grubbing man tried to make an unauthorized charge on a card from previous rentals that I had on file!! I paid cash for my rental, I am very disappointed with my service, being over charged and no one returning my call, the equipment he has is old the doors were stuck and this old man is always trying to find a way to overcharge someone!! Please return my call to resolve this matter at 229-499-5385. Thank you in advance for your time. I have my receipt with his initials, my pictures of the gas and miles if you need me to provide this for you!!

JAMES MI booked and next day got a call about another location having a truck after I already booked a 15' which they ended up with a 10' footer, then truck and took an 1hr (app) with help from customer service. (She was amazing and totally understand my fusarium. The truck I was supposed to get the keys were in the wrong lockbox so the keys that were in that box were belonged to another truck which was the wrong size. Then she hooked me up with another lockbox with the truck size I needed. I was on a time crunch. Anyway all worked out, dropped it off a day early. I had the truck 23 hours. I hope you can do sometype of small reimbursement. (And there was a dollly in the back of my truck which I didn't need but took it anyway. (I hope I don't get charged for that). Most my expenses are really good with U-Hual. I even keel kind of person. I don't complain much. I do think the app needs to be easier to use. Merci pour votre temps. Hope this feedback helps.

MARIANO DD & R as a tire business is Great, but the U-Haul experience was not so great. The truck rode so rough that it nearly made our people throw up. The truck was in very poor condition. On the up-side, we were able to get to and from our destination without breaking down. I'm so sorry to leave a bad review, but the overall experience was less than pleasant.
JEFFREY GTruck I reserved was not available. I got a van which caused multiple trips and miles and gas. It started raining and dozens and dozens of roaches appeared all over the floors, seats dashboard, I called d and r tire they asked if I checkedbfor roaches before leaving and bring it in so they can spray bug spray but they would have to go purchase some. So I did it myself. Our lunch was also attacked by roaches. Had to fumigate our loads also. I called to confirm return Monday morning and was told sorry but that van was flagged for bugs and should not have been rented out to me. I was given no credit for my inconveniences, and additional $ was added to original bill. I responded to uhaul collection email and they get returned to my email undeliverable.
Nelson AU-hauls app is a complete joke. The website froze 7 times and it took me over an hour on site to pick up the truck. The website ftize again when I returned the truck. Horrible experience with uhaul. Maybe invest some money in technology that actually works.....oh and waiting one hour and 25 minutes to speak to a customer service agent was super helpful. Do better uhaul.
Matthew EIt's not very tidy, but the lady was very nice and helpful, and for that reason I would recommend this place. Also, the convenience of not having to go farther.
