Ordering a truck online was simple and quick. When we arrived our truck was already and waiting. 3 to 4 minutes and we were in the truck heading towards our location. The tech. Answered our questions with confidence and clarity. Dropping off at the end of the day after hour was no problem.we received an email the next day with our invoice. Easy!

The pick up location was prompt and we had no problems though we should have done a walk-around. As we were loading we noticed two tires that appeared flat-ish, one especially, so we planned to check the tire pressures after loading up. The placard on the trailer said to use the tire sidewall rating which was 35psi max so we wanted 30psi cold. Using a decent digital pressure gauge, we measured the pressures to be 9, 13, 43 and 55. As we drove to a gas station for air we got a thumping sound and tugging. We adjusted all tires to 30-31 and hit the road. Trailer rode fine and smooth during our 700 mile trip. The tires seemed to hold pressure throughout the trip so I think they just were not checked and set before we picked up the trailer. Perhaps locations should run through a checklist before dispatching, including checking the tire pressures. Trailer was clean and otherwise sturdy.

Ronald WMy negative experience was primarily using the app for checkin. However, it was not until after I had begun my rental that I learned the passenger door handle was broken and did not open. However my experience checking in with the app "TO SAVE TIME" was a disaster and took 35 minutes. Never doing that again.

DARRELL MI had reserved pads and a dolly, but when I arrived there were none. It was up to me to go find them at another location--there were none in the same city according to the person at the 800 number.
Gregory MThe pads and dolly were in the trailer, the guy who unhitched it had opened the trailer first and saw them. This was a few hours before the return time for them. But I got billed later in the day for an extra day.

CATHY BTruck was very dirty. Cargo bay was full of trash and dirt. No moving blankets available for rent. Some kind of chocolate was spilled in the cab center console. Sticky drink was spilled in the cupholder.

STEPHEN MEasy process to pickup the truck. The location is mixed used and therfore a bit odd. Don't worry, it's okay. The only problem I had was the manager misread the fuel gage. He thought the gas tank read full when it was actually only half full. I think he must have confused a different gage with the fuel gage, though, I'm not sure which one. I'll try and deal with that when I turn the truck in.

ANGELA DVehicle that I rented was HORRIBLE. It smelled extremely back. My wife had to spray air fresher for the two hours that we traveled. I WAS EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED.

The gentleman who helped us was prompt and respectful and very helpful to tell us several things we needed to know in order to return the trailer. He quickly checked us out and in probably six minutes, we were on our way to move our daughter. This location was fantastic. The store was clean and organized, and we will be back!
Jennifer HI thought the vehicle was excellent, well maintained and super clean! I'm a little disappointed in the online check-in. Not user friendly at all. I had ordered an appliance dolly because your website said the location had them available. When I inquired the nice gentleman told me they didn't have dollys and never have. I had to(at risk of life and property) move the appliance down a flight of stairs without proper equipment. The key drop at the location was open and not secured. I hesitated to leave it but didn't have much choice since the location was closed for the night. I think I was in the parking lot for over an hour after I returned, trying to check in and messing with the key return.

LARRY NAside from the fact they gave me a uhaul that was a repair that was recently in the shop, and all the hassle with the breakdown, switch out, time delay, and billing still not resolved correctlynor responded to my inquiry about it. I still want to speak to billing 919-452-9363
JOSHUA BI was quoted a certain price if I returned the truck to a 1/4 of gas which I returned with even more than that but I got charged almost double what I was quoted, unprofessional and untruthful discounts and prices, I also I cleaned and swept the back that was stinky from previous users, I returned the truck much cleaner than what I received it, I had to clean it before using it because I didn't want to get my couch and mattress dirty. There was also trash and a phone case left in the cabin by previous users that I left there as I only used it to drive in town.

MINDY CSent me out with a trailer with two different tires and one tire was worn down that it was smaller than the other tire. The worn tire was already down into the wear marks and couldn't have 4/32nd of inch of tire left. I'm not sure who is inspecting these trailers but need some more training. This could have turned into a bad situation due to lack of safety concerns for customers. Hope you take my comments serious.

GREGORY CThey didn't put all the dollies on the truck, so we were missing one. Had to go back inside and ask if the ones sitting by the shop were ours. Not super helpful at all. Plus we had to drive further to pickup our uhaul because the original location didn't have our reservation. Plus we had to pay for our mileage use, but I don't think it makes since to charge us for the full mileage because we had to drive further than anticipated.

Jadon TNo personnel in the office at all when I arrived. I and a few other customers were inside waiting for upwards of 30 minutes! We even asked the mechanics next door where the uhual staff were, and they recommended we complete the online return and use the drop box. Change the "open" sign to "closed" if no one is going to be behind the desks for more than 30 minutes. After a long hot day of moving, this was the last thing we wanted to encounter!
ALIYAH WIt was hard to get the place to return it ! They wouldn't answer the phone. Called uhaul several times got the run around had to call different people placed on hold many times and had a call back and then placed on hold again! Finally got rid on it only to owe more money! Even though I returned it almost a day early.But it was a good smooth ride.But expensive.
