It would have been 5* if I dealt with East Billerica Shell directly. I did the on-line checkout and it took 30 minutes of my 6 hours. Not cool.

Adriano MI have no chance of recommending this place to anyone, there is an elderly man in charge of the place, rude, unfriendly, he asked me if I had brought the paperwork, I said "what paperwork? Everything was done via app, there is no paperwork" I was unlucky to use the services during Christmas, when the customer service was unavailable, perhaps due to the time (around 10pm). Gonna try Ryder next time.
Icaro TI was told I would have to wait a couple of minutes before they could process my reservation. After 25 minutes of waiting, I asked how much longer, and said I could go somewhere else if they need me to. The man running the U-Haul, came out with an attitude And was very condescending and rude to me. He threatened not to allow me to continue with services through him because I kept referring to him as sir, while talking to him, and he told me I was being rude and disrespectful by doing so. He was trying to be intimidating to a young female. Probably the most unprofessional situation I've ever been in.

ANDY HI was not aware that I would be charged per mile. I was charged for 100 miles when i probably didn't even drive the vehicle 30 miles.

Gary LOn the second afternoon of my trip to Houston Texas to relocate back home, I noticed the safety chain was broken on one side. One of the links snapped in half. I called U-Haul from a safe location and it took about 45 minutes. Have somebody come out overall, it took about 2 1/2 hours to have it fixed. My sister and my myself and my cat were sitting in the heat in Virginia For over three hours being delayed. Because of this delay, we also had to stop driving after it was fixed due to heavy heavy rainfall. Due to the correct installation of the safety chain, it was U-Haul's employee, your representative, that caused this serious incident. This could have caused a fatal accident or otherwise. I was very very upset that this happened just on the second day of our four day trip. It was just my sister and myself, and we are older than 60 years old and I felt that this incident should not have happened Over 60 years old, but the fact that I caught it as soon as I did a good thing. I don't know that I will ever use U-Haul again due to this incident. The location where I dropped off my U-Haul was excellent. However, that does not make up for something that Could have caused serious harm to innocent people and/or animals.
