Wash the windshield
Sheila S.No parking of personal vehicle is available at this location, which is fine to know way in advance. I had missed a call the day before my reservation pickup with no VM left. Then the day of my reservation 2 hours before my pickup I got a call which I was available to answer, and was told I could park across the street at location if I couldn't be dropped off. I arrive at the location pickup in my car as it was the only option I could do and was greeted by the manager, who proceeded to slightly gaslight me about driving my own vehicle there instead of being dropped off. After doing the paperwork I mentioned it would have been nice to get ample notice of needing to be dropped off, and he proceeded to shift the blame over to me for not being able to answer my phone, from 1 call no message left attempt on their part. Manager seems to have a superiority complex and I won't go back to this location or refer it to anyone.
