I would highly recommend Eds Affordable Automotive Repair Inc for U-Haul rental service. Far more reliable than any other U-Haul location. When they reserve a vehicle, they mean it. I only rent from him. Top Quality Service!!

HOWARD LMy only concern was i was told the rental was 45 dollars for the day. I got there and the price for the rental after tax was 54 dollars. Acceptable.. I left and seen the charge was 130 dollars.. unacceptable considering I asked if there was any deposit required and was told no. I will be keeping an eye on my card for a return of the over balance from my original quote
Eric DEd's was the best u-haul location I've ever worked with (rented u-haul a few times for various moves over the years). They were extremely helpful, efficient and just downright good people. For my next move I'll make sure to book in advance to make sure I have the chance to come back here!
ADELINE HMy truck was not ready on time, left with an empty fuel tank and auto oil covering the truck bed. Requesting a refund ASAP.

Elzbieta KEd and his crew are great. I suggest U-haul give dealers extra wheel tie downs for trailers. They had to give me a strap due to the last customer returning the equipment damaged and U-haul doesn't allow for extra parts. If I was U-haul I would also give your agents the pull side of large ratchet straps. It would save you all money in replacing the entire hold down. If you want more info I will send you a picture. I demand you remove the downgrade that a customer gave for trying to rent with a Penske truck. Dumb. Why should Ed get a bad grade due to your policies. Both these issues are on you U-haul. If you had any balls you would give me that last trailer rental free because we had to make it work with your lousy policies.

LAVERN CEverything was disorganized on U-haul side , they sent a video how to unlock but when I got to the location it wasn't like that so I kept replaying the video trying to figure it out and couldn't do I called u-haul again and they said they canceled my order by 5 minutes even though I was there trying to open the locks for 10 minutes even though. If it wasn't for the workers at Ed Affordable I wouldn't of been able to get the u-haul
TAIZ RThe only problem we had was we were told to drop off our truck to a different place then originally planned. Other then that the move went very smooth.
JUAN AWish you could start the check in process online earlier than the time your rental starts- like adding your drivers license and reading agreements.

NEJLA LWe had to drive an extra 40 minutes out of our way to go get this truck from this location, meaning we had time and money wasted since we were still on the hook for the gas we used. This is a failure, the location itself was great, Ed's. But the fact that you don't have trucks at multiple locations or move them around yourself is a bad way to do business.

Henry PMy only complaint about the location itself is the parking is awkward and tight, so sometimes retrieving the vehicle or returning it can be tricky. When they are open, the guys have been great about helping me with this. However, when I pick up or drop off outside office hours it can be stressful. This past rental I received the BEST cargo van I've ever rented - I hope I get it every time! The new Ram it only had 6 000 miles on it, great tech, and a back window WITH a back up cam! My complaint EVERY TIME is the Uhaul app. It glitches all the time and sometimes I have to call the 24/7 number. This can waste a lot of my time and I'm renting these vehicles for work, so it's not a great process when the app isn't functioning well.
Katherine KIt is in an auto body shop… when I booked for a 11am pick up, no one told me the store closed at noon. Luckily, the auto body shop was open and he begrudginly proceed my rental
Greg Dnot only was the lockbox where my key was supposed to be wide open, i had to downgrade to a van due to a mistake on your end. this caused me to have to make two trips, when i requested to extend the rental by a couple of hours due to the sudden need to take two trips, i was told i would be charged. it is my belief that the fee was waived, at least i was led to believe that. additionally, no odometer was available to look at to measure miles, so i calculated the distance driven (approx 20-25 miles) and let uhaul know. they said they noted my account, and then proceeded to charge me for driving 100 miles. i will be disputing the charge with my bank if i do not hear back from uhaul by friday about compensation for this horrendous experience.

JACEK OCarefully maintain equipment. The wheel stops were missing. One ramp came in stowed while driving. Having to pick up the trailer on grass behind a car, then having to return the trailer on grass behind and around another trailer was inconvenient to say the least.

Giulia AThe U-Haul app is terrible. I uploaded DL pictures and the the site still had to scan them. I tried to return the trailer via the app and it allowed the return but no confirmation was sent. My college student can write (and has written) better apps. If you think the app is good, fire your entire IT staff.
