Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNot my problem
Devon MThe location is good and the people are nice and professional. Truck was clean. My issue is that the check engine light came on when I was heading to the location to load the truck. Customer support said to keep driving unless it starts blinking. Too much wrong with that statement to go into based on a 12 hour drive that I was making. You had to dispatch a maintenance crew to fix on site. They said it was fixed. I drove 6 hours without an issue. The next day the check engine light came on again and remained on for the remainder of the trip. Spent that whole day worried that the truck would breakdown in the middle of nowhere. Experience was not good at all. Very disappointed based on the cost to rent the truck.
