Absolutely the worst experience with a single company.
Geoffrey WSend the to the same shop I went to the guy was super helpful very nice patient knowledgeable and overall exceeded our expectations I will definitely recommend this shop as the first place to go to when needing a Uhaul.

Paige BThey did not have the hand truck I had ordered, that was a bad start. The mileage was wrong on that the rental agreement and the man behind the counter did not know how to fix it so he threw me a handful of quarters to "make it right ". The gas was supposed to be half of a tank when I got in and it was clearly below half. Just the worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul, very disappointing to say the least. I went to another U-Haul to pick up a dolly because I Needed it for my move and that was easy and quick but out of my way. Please do better next time, if there is a next time.

Chasity MThe hours said that they were open from 9 until 5 on Sundays, but no one was there, and I had to call customer service to see how I could return the truck. This party should lose their contract with UHaul.
Kristen KI know it's hard to get good reliable help. . But with anyone, the wait. Drop off was easy. Great as no one there. I was glad to find a drop off so close. I haven't received my credit for not using all the mileage.

Amanda MLost me a lot of money. First I tried getting my requested trailer from monessen and it had bad tires. Another hour later I'm down at the monongahela location and couldn't get ahold of nobody setting me back another half hour of work for the day

DENITRA TThe location was hard to find but the owner was very pleasant and called ahead of time to address that exact issue. He also priced out for me that it would have been cheaper if I had done an "in town" as opposed to "one way" uhaul. Not really cool on uhauls part for not making that clear but not the locations fault by any means!

Miguel ANothing to improve. The gentleman who took care of us was extremely helpful and friendly. He really made the experience pleasant. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely use again if needed.
