I reported a leak from ceiling on one side. Service from individual was very good.

Have the equipment I reserved there. I called the day before and questioned why the app said the equipment wasn’t there and they assured me it was. Then they called me the next morning and said it wasn’t and had to go out of my way 35 minutes to get what I needed. Poor customer service
