Fast and efficient picknuo and drop off. Interior of truck was dirty--likely used on a construction site. Could have used a wipe down. Other than that, great service and very reasonable rates!

Amazing staff, Amazing service, Van was super clean and worked perfectly fine. zi had no issue with my travel, I highly recommend this location to friend who needs to rent van.

The location was great, I find the app glitches sometimes, I couldn’t return the truck and had to wait for it to correct itself.

To say that this was a shitty experience would clearly be too much praise still. I have always been unhappy about U-Haul's practice to not simply give people trucks with a filled gas tank and demand them back full. There is always eyeballing and guesswork involved when filling the tank after use. That said, I used the van, drove ~15 km and filled in ~5 litres of gas, checked the fuel sensor and was convinced I had done my due diligence. However, the team charged me $20 (!!!) for fuel costs on the invoice. There was no reasoning at all with them. Yhis team can't be trusted and is ripping off customers. It was my fault to be too trusting and not to take a picture of the fuel sensor before and after. But that team clearly will not get my business anymore. On the contrary: I will loudly and consistently let EVERYONE know to avoid this location at all costs. Shame on you!!

To keep clean those units, because was very dirt, also I do remember on the past always one of the workers will check with me the condition of the unit and how much gas level has on this location was nothing of that. I don't not if it's something new or simple they don't care, I don't blame anyone I just putting on your attention thanks.

The site is an open field and the office is in a trailer, so I can't give high marks for appearance. The van I picked up was a bit dirty inside and also outside, so I can't give high marks for that either but I don't really care about that stuff. The van also had a warning light that it needs an oil change soon. That said, the staff were helpful and if I need another rental, I will go to this location again.

You need to clean the trucks in between use. The bed of the cube can I rented was covered in slimy, fishy, gritty liquid and the truck reeked. It spanned my the length of the whole bed. I have photos if you care to see them. I desperately needed the truck as I was on a tight time crunch, so I made do as best as I could, but this was pretty disgusting.

Just one thing as it was my first time tenting vehicle, the staff didn't explain what time they are closing and how much it will charge. Nothing just they ask questions and provide the key and bill.

My order was changed, the day before pickup, to a location that was a 30-minute drive away from me, instead of the location I chose, which is a 5-minute drive away. As well, the office trailer was too small to contain all the customers, so many people had to line up outside. The employee who registered me forgot to give me the furniture pads included in my order so I had to get out of the truck to ask for them. The ramp of the truck was very hard to push back in, and the truck was very old (perhaps a 2006 model with no power windows, no radio, no camera, no modern security features and terrible fuel efficiency). The truck was rented for over $500 but I do not feel that I got what I paid for. The truck was so old that we had to stop for gas 4 times in a journey of only 400 kilometers. Also, the truck did not have an oil dipstick so we couldn't check the oil level, despite the truck instructions saying to refill the oil level every time the truck is refueled. Overall, I would not recommend U-Haul to a friend, based on the experience I had.

so much better than the weston rd and 401 location. personable, quick to help customers and pleasant. opposite experience (and much better experience) than renting from weston rd and 401.

This was my 2nd time going out of my way to give my business with this location. First time last year, I had a great experience and decided to use them again this year. These guys that work here are fast and friendly...you can trust this location not to cheat you.

The best thing in this location is the staff. Safwan and the lady with braided hair were excellent and very helpful. Helping me to hook and unhook the trailer and did their best to accommodate me. Definitely, I would deal with them again if I need to move anything.

We use this location often and know it is busy, we arrived early to be sure to not wait too long. On arrival we tried to assist someone trying to leave with an early pick up, it was a 23 ft truck, there were trailers and trucks in the way and he could not leave. After moving what could have been we waited for someone to arrive. The person who came did not have a key for the office, we waited longer and someone else showed up. They had tried their keys but could not open the office. After a few mins he decided to check out people with trailer rentals on his phone. We were next, he began the process, unfortunately he did not review the details with us and we had a one day as opposed to a two day reservation. We received a call to return the item the next day but could not because this is the day the rental was actually for, we rented early to be sure to have the trailer for the following morning at 5am. Upon checking out the trailer light on the right did not function, this was the only trailer of its size and our vehicle could not pull a larger one. We took it and purchased portable trailer lights to be able to use it. The call we received the following day was a surprise considering the trailer would need to be repaired before renting it again. Despite showing up at 9 when my reservation was for I wasn’t able to get my van until almost 10 due to the staff being locked out of the office and not able to access the van keys.

I generally had a good experience and often use this location, however, I would be nicer if the vans could be cleaned (in the drivers area) between customers). The steering wheel is really dirty and there were old used tissues on the floor. Also, the truck was out of washer fluid. Merci!

When I arrived to pick up my cargo van, there was no one in the office and no way to get the key, despite it being during their business hours and a sign lit up in the window saying 'open'. I waited for about 45 mins for them to come back at which time it had eaten into about 30 mins of my rental duration. When they arrived there were no apologies or offer to comp the first 30 mins. Just poor approach to customer service!

The staff were super friendly and sweet. Our process was smooth as well. It's just our Uhaul had a leak that the front which caused a lot of issues as it was pouring heavily. Our boxes and cabinets were soaking.

The truck was dropped at around 10:30 pm. There was no one on the location so dropped the keys in the drop box and took a video of it. In this review, you do not ask about the truck itself so I will tell you nonetheless. The right side rear view mirror did not work nor did the right windshield wiper. The cargo door was extremely difficult to both open and close. I just looked at what I was billed and I see that I was charged an extra $60 without any explanation. I expect this money to be reimbursed in the briefest delays as I fulfilled all the terms of the contract in terms of days (3), kilometers (416) and the truck was returned with a half gas tank just the way it was when I picked it up in Almonte. I have taken photos as proof and can forward them to you if required. Respectfully yours. Danielle Santos

First off i went to a different Uhaul in Toronto and was told I couldnt do one way trips ...then got told to call customer service the rep was nice but she sent me to this location and they seemed very disorganized and at first there was a electrical issue with the trailer they had to put a new cable on it ...the whole process to obtain a trailer in Toronto i thought would of been quick but it wasted over a hour outta my day just to get a trailer being sent on a wild goose chase thru busy Toronto traffic .

Downside of them location is having to wait outdoors. Staff are great. The. A was muddy inside and the windshield was dirty inside - affecting visibility when facing into the sun. But the van was comfortable and easy to drive.

The van was extremely dirty. The entire passenger area was covered in dirt and what looked like dry mud or construction materials. My hands felt dirty from touching the steering wheel and I had to lay blankets down in the back to move my furniture.

I really love this rental location it is very convenient. The staff were very helpful and kind. The vehicle had some things left behind by previous users but other than that was in good condition.

Nothing to do with the location but u- haul as a company is terrible. I booked somewhere else and was forced to pick up here. I will never recommend U-Haul to anyone

The truck was relatively clean, but there was barely any fuel in the truck when I picked it up. Luckily, I wasn't traveling far. The online pickup details took a long time to figure out. There were also two other customers picking up while I was there, and everyone had trouble getting the pickup details online.

I have been coming to this location for years! The Staff are so friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond to ensure a smooth handoff. Last time I was there, they even offered to send someone home to help me move furniture even though they were about to close. I can't recommend them enough!!!
