EDWARD WIt was raining when I picked it up, It looked like an older trailer. Staff was very nice and attentive. I noted that one of the tires was well worn and looked like it would separate. I mentioned it to them, and they said they had checked the pressures, and it was fine. I took it to my ranch and loaded it that day. The next morning I departed on my trip to AZ and within 6 miles that worn tire went flat. I had a compressor with me and I filled it and checked the other tires and they were between 43 and 57 PSI. After I aired up the flat, I adjusted all the tires to 60 PSI. Engleman's was close by so I returned to them and they installed a new tire quickly. The rest of the trip was uneventful, and the trailer towed well with no issues.

Michael JEnglemans needs to post the street address on the building. I have been to this location several times. If I was not familiar with this location, I would have a hard time making sure this was the correct drop off location. It is a small site but not as bad as the other Lexington location on south side of town.

MARK SU-Haul benefits from a monopoly. Hopefully, other competitors will enter the market so that customers get value for their money. Renting this U-Haul was a stressful experience, not to mention that fact that I was fleeced by the agent who added the move insurance to my account without asking or informing me. Horrible.

Ronald DWe dropped our truck off at this location. There were no markings on the building to indicate a name or address so we could confirm this was the right location. It was dirty and messy.

James PIt was a little on the messy side, and I had trouble locating it and no one there to take the trailer. I had to drop it off with no one there not a bad thing But it was 80 miles from my home location. It could've been closer thank you.
Joyace BLocation is an old gas station, so it is cramped. Staff was very helpful and friendly, though, so that's the most important part!

This was important to me as I was making a major move across the country, crossing several states, and had to be here by a certain time. As far as improving, the office environment could be organized a little more, as this would give more confidence to customers. However, I do appreciate how well they handled my account.

Tony JPeople were friendly and helpful. Equipment had check engine light on and gas cap light on indicating the cap was "open". Wheels were "slow" to respond to steering wheel. The 0,99 cents per mile is to high so I doubt very much I'll use the service next week to complete the move.
