A child was the only one to speak English and when I gave the drop off location, I showed her the name and address on my phone, she said she got it, but had put in the wrong drop off address and town. It was upsetting because it was a weekend and they didn't answer their phone to assist me. Their business stated they were open till 3pm. They have yet to return the call 3 days later.

CAROL MThe truck seemed well maintained and drove fine, however, it was not real clean. The windshield was very dirty, the rest of the interior was clean enough. Other than that it was fine. The folks at the location were great. My truck had broken down on the side of the road, so they came out in the cold and picked me up to bring me to their location to pickup my rental truck.

TROY HOlder vehicle and the radio sucked. No power windows or locks. At least I was able to show my nephew how the manual cranks worked. He had never seen one before.
