Dealership was not very well organized. Spoke very little English. Equipment was dirty. My wife and I had to clean the truck inside and in the cargo area. Orange soda all over the dash, and enough pet hair inside to weave a rug. We had to wash the windows on the inside just to be able to see out. Cover in animal slobber.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMake it easier to decline extra services. It was a little confusing having to go through all the services. I ended paying an extra $30 for something I thought I needed but did not.
Megan MMaybe make some more room it's way to crowded in that parking lot but other than that it was an amazing experience
haley RReservation was fmafe 2 weeks ahead of time for a location close to home, had to go across town to another location that opened later, made loading and leaving late
Don Vthe U-Haul we used the gas tank was not full, we filled it back to where it was when we picked it up and still got charged for fuel. We also reserved a dolly, and one was not available when we picked up our U-Haul.
