There is no turning radius for a truck, the people were not helpful, the address u-haul gives on their contract is a gas station but you need to then travel back alleyways to find a drop off lot. When you get there you need to guess what to do next. After you are done you need to walk a few blocks to get to a location where Uber can pick you up. Not good at all and very unsafe.

The Cargo Van was the best vehicle ever for my needs. The U Haul owner was excellent and knew exactly what to recommend to me for my needs. The only issue i had was finding the location which was not easy. But it was worth it. Thank you Glen Rock U Haul

The vehicles are kept in a dirt lot which was unfortunately muddy from recent rain. The cabin wasn't very clean. While driving there was a terrible whining from the passenger side of the vehicle. It got louder as the speed increased, and had my ears ringing the rest of the day.

The mobile check out process requires you to drive to the exxon loc, sit in your car and click, then drive to the pickup place, which is different. Allow EITHER location to work.

A sign for pick up and return of the vehicle would have been helpful. The drop off was in the back of a residential area and when the drop off was at night it was difficult to find the correct driveway.

Truck was old and had 184 000 miles so it was showing its age. It was clean and everything did work so it did accomplish our task.

this is my regular uhaul rental place, the lady is helpfull and personable They make rental easy

Reserved online and asked for 15 miles. I knew I was only going 10. When I arrived at the location they asked how many. I confirmed 15. They put 20 on the contract. It's only like $7 dollars more, but it's super shady that the lady changed it without telling me. It's my fault for not checking before i walked out.

Truck was very dirty

Fix the location issue. I received a message on the app that the location to pick up the truck was different as the office location. So I went directly to the truck location but the app doesn't let you start the pick up because you are too far of the actual address they have on record. To return the truck same thing they make you go to two different places first to the Exxon location so the app can work and then you have to drive to another location to drop off the truck. It makes people lost their time.

I needed a 9 foot van and it was very spur of the moment. I reserved it online and did pretty much everything online and the transaction and rental went very very smoothly. I would recommend renting from Exxon/IHaul anytime you need something at the spur of the moment.

U-Haul changed the pickup location on us and then refused to give us more miles to cover the additional travel to pick up the unit.

Uhaul app does not work for pickup or drop off lost at least 2 hours. Had to wait for customer service and that also took was too long. Just horrible

Let me tell you the lady that checked us in was so polite and so nice explained everything perfectly and made the process of renting a truck for the first time a breeze I would recommend this location to anyone that needs to rent a U-Haul

The process to get the rental van was ridiculous. You have to drive to the location and get the van yourself. Time consuming and inconvenient.

Unlike the site in paramus The Glen rock site is definitely a much better site people are responsible and willing to work with you

Told drop off was Exon Station when in fact it was a side street a distance from Exon. We were returning a 26 foot truck and ended up going in circles due to an unreliable map given to us at the station by an employee that could not communicate well with us. A clearer map would have made drop off easier and verbal instructions such as street names would have helped. The employee told us right, right, left. Taking a large truck through residential streets was unacceptable when an easier route was available Will not use this site again.

Impossible to fill out forms only on I phone. The garage had to do it on her phone so they have pictures of my license and credit card. I trust them but who knows where the information will end up.

you need a U-Haul sign in the gas station window-a customer asked me where U-Haul was. He did not know that he was in the right location. Put a small U Haul sign by the driveway off S Broad St- missed that entrance a few times.

We were told we would have the rental for 24 hours and can pick it up at our convenience. The agent told us as a "place holder" he would put 8AM - never mentioned we HAD to pick up by 8AM. Unfortunately, we could only pick up until 11AM - by the time we went our reservation had been cancelled as a no show, with no email or phone call. We had to scramble and go to a larger truck. When we got our truck, it was filthy with barbecue stains on the door handle and hopefully ketchup on the dashboard. U-Haul was not very helpful. But the Exxon attendant was apologetic and offered to take us to the lot since it was a little out of the way.

The truck did the job but was dirty, both the driver cabin and the outside windshield. I was charged for gas even though I brought it back with more gas than when I took the truck.
