WILLIAM STold drop off was Exon Station when in fact it was a side street a distance from Exon. We were returning a 26 foot truck and ended up going in circles due to an unreliable map given to us at the station by an employee that could not communicate well with us. A clearer map would have made drop off easier and verbal instructions such as street names would have helped. The employee told us right, right, left. Taking a large truck through residential streets was unacceptable when an easier route was available Will not use this site again.
RICHARD VImpossible to fill out forms only on I phone. The garage had to do it on her phone so they have pictures of my license and credit card. I trust them but who knows where the information will end up.
