The employee who was on shift was rude and very unhelpful. When asked a quest She rolled her eyes and was very unpleasant to work with.

Customer service was not good. I first came to storage and it was wide open with no lock that was supposed to be serviced to me. Then I had payed an extra $20 to the gas which I didn't have thinking I would get some sort of credit for filling up the truck, when in Arkansas I worked for Uhaul and they gave a credit or put the payment toward the price of the Uhaul. Not very friendly to ethnic groups or customer service oriented. I will be taking my service elsewhere.
Darren PTruck was dirty . And probably needs to check the brakes . The guy Frank was rude on the second call . I wear hearing aids . And smelled alcohol when I picked up the truck.

Ionut DThe reception for internet access on my cellphone in that location area was almost nonfunctional. It took me 1:30 hours to complete the pick up only to find out that the fuel level was not recorded for my account, and the dolly that I was asked about on the phone with UHAUL numerous times, was not in the truck for me. This pick up was my worst experience ever, and the operator on the phone never stopped trying the work things out on my phone, and start trying other solutions, since the problem with the internet on my two TMobile iPhones, for probably more than 80 minutes. Didn't expect UHAUL not having provided its operators with other solutions such as using the persons information and asking to simply email them photos of the license and the headshot, so the customer would have a sense that his or her time and situation is important for UHAUL. If a place is selected for self-pickup, it should be in an area with good phone data reception.

Michael RAdd checking for spare tire to list of items that need be checked by customer and U-haul employee before driving off. I was charged for a missing spare tire that the uhaul employee said was there before I picked up. I have no clue weather it's was there or not. Cuase I was not asked to check.

Bernadette PThe location was closed when I arrived at 5:30 PM. I didn't realize it was going to be closed. I called customer support. They recommended I download the app to drop off with. I spent over half an hour struggling to create an account. Finally gave up and called again. I offered to drop off at another location. Rep assured me I could drop key and there would be no fee if I left it where I was. I did so and still got charged another day fee. And to my surprise, I was charged a 40$ fuel charge even though I put more gas into it than I picked it up with. Customer phone support was friendly and helped me refund the extra day and fuel charge when I called today. I am waiting for the refund to go through.

Jose RThe mobile check-in and drop-off experience was very disappointing. Both times, the service failed to recognize my phone's GPS (despite being on, and even restarting the phone to see if that cleared the cache and cleared up the issue) and failed to allow me to proceed with the acquisition and drop-off procedure. It was only because there was an attendant available to help me that I was able to get the truck I had rented. Even then, she had several issues with UHaul's service, and the whole process took about thirty minutes to complete.
