We already paid the full amount plus the extra 5 miles over. Unfortunate, as we need another truck on July 12th, but will probably not use this company again.

ERIC BNext time, have all additional charges listed up front. The $25 cleaning fee and $5 rental tax fee was almost as much as it was for me to rent the truck. Those were excessive charges, and I will not be using U-Haul again for that reason.

TIMOTHY GVehicle had ice on windshield with no scraper. Had to scrape by hand because wipers would not clear the ice, so had to wait to warm up the vehicle. When driving, we encountered snow and I then found that the left wiper fluid outlet did not work causing me to have to stop on the highway to clean the windshield multiple times. I kept hearing brake noise as well and found the brakes were at the limit with the brake indicator causing anxiety not knowing if the brakes were ok. Ridiculous that a simple vehicle safety check was clearly not done. I can go on with other issues as well. I have filed a complaint and am requesting a full refund for an unsafe vehicle.

SHAWN EFix the air conditioner in the vehicle. Update the vehicles. The one I rented was pretty rough inside and out. It did run well though. It had 150k+ miles on it.

JEFFREY HMy only complaint was that the truck cab interior stunk from cigarette smoking. The floor liner and even under the liner had lots of cigarette ash. I had to scrub down the entire cab to make it tolerable for the long drive.

thanh nThe vehicle was filthy inside the cab. It wouldn't take much to show some brand pride and at least dust/vacuum and clean the windows in the vehicles between rentals. That vehicle hasn't been maintained in some time.

Patrick JUHaul was full of animal dander and hair on the upholstered seats and in the HVAC system. Caused a serious allergic reaction for one of the passengers. Unit was overdue for an oil change and had a serious alignment issue. UHaul corporate did a great job following up on my complaint and provided a partial refund.
