Scott JI do not understand why i have to pay double to return the trailer in another state, U-haul is a massive company to be playing these fee games, i had to bring the trailer back to the same location (very inconvenient to the customer). Trailers are always coming and going.

OSCAR RFor the drop off location, the address on the system was not updated. The warehouse area were all numbers and the address was saying the suite was a letter. They should add the suite number as well. The drop off location should also provide more signs to pin point their location easier. Other then this the personnel was very helpful and considerate about the situation.
