Tina TThe truck was dirty in the cab, a lock was still on the back door and we had to drive it to a different location to have them get it off.
Aaron BI lived near Lincoln City but had to drive to Salem to pick up the truck. The mileage was calculated from Salem to Klamath Falls and didn't consider the fact I had to drive back to Lincoln City to load the truck. I was charged extra for those additional miles.

CODY EFirst location failed to get my rental, I had to go to a second location to complete my pick up.
chad pWhen I returned the vehicle there was no where to park. People from the church across the street had taken up all the parking in the designated lot. They were even parked where there was clear "no parking signs". It was definitely a hassle to find space.
Bradley DI dropped off after hours and someone had parked a truck in front of the drop box, making it hard to find. It was scary to park the truck here. Dark and creepy location. The personnel who were helpful were not on site, but instead was a customer service person who tried to help me find the drop box.

TERRY WUhaul was muddy at pickup which took 25 minutes for check in then they charged 6 gallons of gas for 6 miles of travel. Horrible experience
AMANDA A5x8 was fine. Quick sweep of the floor made a big difference. My drop experience was poor. Initial drop off location no longer in operation but still a selectable option online. It took 3 phone calls and 4 transfers to reach the appropriate rep when I needed help. First 3 transfers were wrong location and/or would hang up on me when they said to be on hold.
GENE BNot that I would not recommend this location, it's not about the location it's about the overall pricing. A simple trip to Lebanon and back wound up costing me nearly $200. Unfortunately due to the high cost I just can't recommend U-Haul anymore, ergo I would simply recommend a rival company as an alternative. The mileage adds up and it's just not worth the cost.
JACOB GVehicle was clean, although smelled like the previous renter was a smoker - which odor is probably hard to eliminate. It was an older model truck, but except for a few dings seemed to be in good shape.
TIMOTHY HThe person that helped us at the location when we picked up the rental was courteous, professional, polite, and helpful. Just a really nice guy. I'd highly recommend him to anyone.
GREGORY GPick up time was 8:00AM. When I arrived, the shop was still closed and the employees didn't arrive/be ready until 8:10. The truck cabin had a dirty styrofoam coffee cup on the driver seat and the storage part of the truck was FULL of needles and branches as if the prior renter hauled Christmas trees. This made moving our things completely dirty and our house full of needles. The entire experience was entirely unpleasant and I will not return to this location again. Very unhappy.

Robin YEven though the people at the location were fantastic, the lady on the phone was horrendous. If I had to rate this on her it would be ZERO stars. She was difficult, rude and lacked all knowledge of her job. If I didn't know her job better than her, I would never use Uhaul again. Truly, if you rely on people like her to be the face of your company, I'm surprised you are still in business.
