Turned in the trailer Friday at 4. First Lube Plus didn't close until 6. Open all day Saturday. The guy said he would log our trailer return before they closed so we could get our deposit (apparently if you use a Venmo debit card they require deposit) back. HE DID NOT LOG OUR TRAILER RETURN UNTIL THE FOLLOWING MONDAY AT 9:44am. And only after we called and filed a complaint. Which prolongs any deposit return for several days. We were counting on that money during our travels. It was unprofessional to tell a customer you would do something, then not follow through for several days. Especially for a valuable piece of equipment left in an open lot in a bad part of town. Would never recommend.
Thia EI ordered a truck and an appliance dolly days before pick up. I got a call saying they didnt have a truck at the place I signed up for so they refered me to First Lube. When I arrived the day to pick it up, they didn't have an appliance dolly, they sent me 5 miles away to get one, all while charging me for the distance. Then I realized the 10 foot truck doesnt have a ramp. Why wounld't anyone tell me, knowing I needed an appliance dolly. So I had to come back and exhange for a 15 foot. When I arrived again, the truck was on empty and the battery had to be charged. I was promised that they would refund me $50 if I brought the truck back with a quarter tank. I spent $40 and got a half tank. Upon return the guy told me that he could not refund me the $50. Uhaul literally set me up to lose money paying for their gas, their mistake. Im furious! and demand the refund I was promised.

Ken LDid not catch the assistant's name, but he was excellent. Had me hitched up and ready to go very quickly. No hassles what so ever.
