The service at the facility was great. The vehicle was low on air in one tire. I received a call 2 days later asking why I had not returned the vehicle even though I returned it the same day, 2 hours after picking it up.
DENNIS CLocation had no information about the services that were billed, somehow I was overcharged but as they had no information about it they couldn't help. Suggested it was a "deposit" that would be returned at truck return, then almost didn't give me the equipment that was rented with the truck, then almost gave me the wrong equipment

brad sMake sure the inside of the cargo area is clean before the next customer receives the vehicle. Have the mirror tool available to the costumer for proper adjustment of the mirrors prior to leaving the rental facility.

Marcy WThey were new, they didn't know what they were doing, took over an hour to get checked out. Had to change everything and reenter everything that had already been done online previous to pickup. Pickup location was changed on me from original one I had put in online and the blankets I had rented were not at location and had to drive to the location I had originally listed as pick up location, just to get blankets. Took a great deal longer running around and people not knowing what they were doing. Everyone was really nice and pleasant, so that was nice. Truck was extremely loud to drive unlike past hauls I have used, made the unsafe loud noise alert come on my watch a number of times throughout the drive and that was without the additional air conditioning or heat noise.
