The 24/7 pickup process is a joke. U-Haul used to be convenient and easy. The whole process is annoying and impossible. Myles is the only reason I didn't say fuck it and walk away.

The truck was full of mud and grass. Mud on the dash, floorboards, side panels, and a lot in the back.

David PWorst experience ever. I couldn’t get the lock to work and had to spend 45 minutes calling U-Haul 3-4 time. A local employee said the lock “always stick” but refused to help us.
