My only complaint is the signage. We drove past the location twice before we spotted the familiar trucks parked around back. The people we dealt with however were exceptional.

The personal n in Elmsdale was excellent. However , over the phone a customer service is very slow, inaccurate.

STEVEN LI was charged for fuel after I had filled it to the correct amount. I called them and complained. They went out and looked again and called back and said it was entered wrong so I got a refund. If I had not done my due diligence then I would have had an additional charge.
DANIEL KUpdate the payment methods… most of us do not carry our physical credit cards on our person and the uhaul payment method must include a touch less transaction… this is basic stuff . GNS services did exactly what I expected of them they gave me a nice clean vehicle and I returned it clean… they were great to work with. I would be a future customer

AMBER MThe pricing was not accurate when my wife and I went to rent. Yes we understand there are mileage fees but seeing from the U-Haul rental app that this truck would cost $35 plus turned into $100 plus… Very misleading…not comfortable to recommend if this is the case going forward. Dont necessarily blame on the location, I think it's the company and app itself. A simple flooring purchase turned into a lot more money than I would of liked…

MARK AGet someone there to talk to renters about the vehicles. They never even accompanied me to show me which truck was mine. I asked for furniture pads and none were provided. The cab was dirty and some sort of drink was spilled on the armrest where the cupholders are located.
CLARY PThe trailer was not up to date on maintenance. The surge brakes were low on brake fluid and did not work properly. One tire had a continuous leak and needed to be filled often.

BETH HInstall trailer jacks on the tongue so it doesn't take a forklift to get it on the ball. The 12 ft. Ones are way to heavy to pick up by one person.

bryan hDon't wait until the day before pick up to let the customer know there is no truck available and tell them they have to pick one up an hours drive away from the location originally booked. Because of this we had to pick up at our original drop off location and do a round trip instead of picking up in one location and dropping off at another which costs us more money. Also you should go back to renting them out with a full and requiring them to be brought back with a full tank. Very inconvenient for a customer to have to make a stop right away to get gas because there is only a 1/4 tank of case in the truck. Very disappointed with this rental
Heather MThis was an amazing location to pick up a U-Haul. They were great to work with and very fast. They had a lovely employee work in the front desk who made everything with the renting process extremely simple. I would definitely recommend going to the elmsdale location anytime you need a U-Haul. Plus you have the option of renting other pieces of equipment there as well since it is multiple businesses in one shop which is awesome. If you want to support a good local business then this is the shop to go to.

Ralph IThe van was very clean but the tire pressure was way off.. On all 4 of the tires... It showed me on driving panel..35-55...35 -65... This caused me to be all over the road in a serious flash freeze.. I did report it first thing on Monday... However I would rent again

Fraser KThis in no way reflects the GNS Equipment rentals. They were great. However, I booked a 20' truck six weeks in advance. A week before my move day, I get a call from u haul saying they don't have a 20' truck at that location. I would have to pick it up in Dartmouth. This would have been ok, even though it added 2 hours driving time to my day. However, they also wanted me to pay the extra mileage and fuel! I flat out said no. Why should I pay for the large amount of fuel and mileage because they double booked the truck. The guy I was talking to said he would call me back by days end, but never did. A few days later I received a voice mail saying they were going to rent me a 26' truck, and they hoped I would be ok with that. Very poor service expectation from u haul that they wanted me to pay the extra expenses. Again though. This does not reflect GNS. They were excellent to deal with, hence my rating.

James MCargo van I rented hadn't been checked out from previous client.The brakes and or rotors were bad that they didn't know about and acknowledged they hadn't moved the vehicle since it was dropped off.
