I don't mean to sound negative by putting "Average" for the location - I just wasn't really "in" the location and didn't deal with anyone there because I did it all through the app. Biggest negative experience I had was getting the key out of the lock box. I think it would be useful to have a picture or drawing of where the lockbox is located and how the locks work. The switch on the lock was not easy to turn. I'm not sure if it was kind of frozen or if it's just old. It was too small to be able to easily grip and open the lock. Maybe it's better in warmer weather or maybe the locks just need to be replaced?

When the day came to pick up the moving truck I was advised that I was getting a 26 foot and not the 17 foot I reserved. The milage to where I was going was considerable meaning that the gas bill I was left with significantly higher than what it would have been had I got the truck I actually reserved. There needs to be more of a relief for this that just charging the day rate of the smaller vehicle.
