Person in charge didn't know much about service..not her fault had told me to drop off on side of building...man getting gas helped me unhitch. Didn't even loom to see i left dollies in trailer..then you had the nerve to charge me for days that were suppose to be free because your drop off point was closed

There are far too many locations in Kankakee county for me to have had to gone 30 minutes out and back for this truck. And then to not have the materials I ordered. Every time I tried to get in contact with the staff who texted me, I got a random person who had no idea what was going on with my order.
