I were surprise to see how the young lady hook up a trailer to my truck. They work hard and very friendly.

I will say it again, this is the best place to rent a Uhaul.

I had a lot of issues with the equipment. The brakes were bad on the truck and it was given off a jerking sensation when I was driving the acceleration was not working properly, and the truck would slow down on his own. When I started to remove my car from off the trailer, the equipment was rusty and I had problems doing that thank God that's a gentleman at the drop off site assisting me with removing my car. At the pick up site, I think that they should put on the website that they do not assembly the equipment. It was raining and no one assisted me with putting the trailer together or anything.

I will never make that mistake renting a Uhaul from someone else. This is the perfect Uhaul place to go. Very honest and friendly people.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The truck was extremely noisy and it felt like the transmission was slipping and the brakes were terrible. Engine sounded terrible and I felt like it would break down at any moment.

I was given a trailer shorter than need .. customer service didn't have the common decency to get me the right size I requested? Damaged my equipment because it was way to tight .. just all around a bad experience.. I never doing any business with U-Haul .. I won't be paying for it !!

First place on church rd said i asked for a one way. No i npt. Second place had itvright. B stateline rd. Had in city on pqper i was messed up. Noone had it right

The equipment was wasn't inspected properly nor had it been maintained regularly, During, our travel we ended up with a blowout, called roadside assistance, come to find out there needed to be 3 tires on the trailer needed replacing not just one, and 2 straps to secure the tires to the trailer on the trailer, one of the straps was frailed and the other strap was dry rotted, not to mention, when the blowout occurred, the strap had come off the tires, all due to the clerks not being properly trained on how to instruct the customers on how to use the equipment and two the equipment not in proper working condition. Also, when upon trying pick up my rental someone from the store called me an hour before to inform me that I needed to be there in the next half an because they were closing at 1:00pm when in fact they didn't close until 5pm cst time. So which threw my entire day off that caused me to have to try and look for another rental place, they called back and I did get the rental it was in bad condition. The clerks didn't even instruct us on how to use the equipment either their best answer was YouTube it? This is and was so frustrating and unprofessional and also unacceptable. Because of the situation I was scheduled to be out of town in a matter of days, this was and could have been even more disastrous. There was no windshield wiper fluid in the resolver to clean the windshield. Calling roadside assistance it took about 2 to 3 hours for someone to come to get us on our way. He was amazing, he replaced both straps, hooked everything up correctly, and replaced all 3 of the tires, and explained everything to us, we were blessed to be honest. The clerks should be better knowledgeable about the products and how to use them, and professional, and should stand up when the customer enters the building and not just sit down while serving the customer, unless there is a reason for that, there is no actual service with a smile. It was a just an expensive, and yet unpleasant experience to have been treated like this.

Staff was very knowledgeable to all questions and they really promote a great brand of service. I had the pleasure of using there U-Haul service on numerous occasions. Great team !!! there at Hamilton Storage on Stateline Road.

Everything about the experience was great except the truck had almost no gas in it. Minor but caused a bit of a delay in getting started moving. The staff was friendly and helpful and the truck was clean and well maintained.

This was my first time ever using a storage unit and my experience was great. I had 24 hour access to my possessions and was notified when there was a possible issue. Hope I never need to use a storage but if I do I'd definitely use U-Haul for my storage needs.
