Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisVery nice lady work at this location
Reginald MRenting the truck was fast and easy.
Sherry JThe gentleman on the desk was extremely helpful and really made the experience most pleasant
Richard JThe trailer tire apparently had issues and was dry-rotted. The tread came off while traveling. this may not be on the location but the maintenance crew that inspect the equipment. Not having a spare tire for rental trailers is a real inconvenience !! we had jack and tools and could have changed the tire ourselves and not cost us travel time if the trailer was equipped properly !!! This cost us 1.5 hours or so of travel time !! I understand spares sometimes may not be returned with rentals, but the renter should charged not inconvenience all renters for a crappy few.
