IAN HFill in potholes leading into and around the pickup location. Clean up debris that was scattered throughout the property. The staff at this location was very courteous and helpful.

DAVID DEnsure that the vehicle is clean. There were French fries in the cup holders, potato chips on the floor between the seats and the back appeared to have dried mud on the floor and was not swept out.

CRAIG CNothing to improve. Transaction and process went exactly as expected.
GARY OTruck was filthy. I spent about an hour sweeping, mopping, and wiping it down. I would not have gone with this location if I had known what kind of experience I was going to have. Hopefully I don't get bed bugs from the truck. Additionally, I was charged an extra $113 for being an hour late for drop off.

Amanda SHector and his daughter and the facility are great but the truck I got had a slipping transmission and was horrible on gas ! I put 100 dollars in it and drove approximately 98 miles total and made less than 2 trips to my new 10×20 unit and I could have used a van instead of the biggest truck ! I'm 73 and have COPD , BAD KNEES , BAD BACK , WEAK , I could barely lift the ramp into place so I ended up just setting totes and boxes on the tail end so I didn't have to climb up and down so much ! I have filed a dispute over the condition of the transmission and I pray for a relief but when I move into my next home I'm gonna call 2 and a half men ....maybe ! Thanks for hearing my side ! I'd rent a trailer next time , from the same people and location....my subaru Wrx was very safe and Hector jumped my car because I left my interior light on ! I love U-haul ...I just got a bad transmission in a too big for the job truck ! Steve Scott Lifetime ASE certified mechanic !
STEVEN WThis is the second time I've been charged extra for going over miles when it's not my fault the closer drop off places aren't available when I look! I'm highly disappointed
WILLIE OThe trailers are in good condition for travel, but they are showing their age. Cracked paint and dingy appearance overall.
PHILIP TSeriously they help you and look for a solution even if you don't have an appointment or if it's Sunday. They will help !

PAUL FDid not check air in tires or have a tire Guage or air pump and both tires were low, which would have been an absolute disaster had a tire blown on highway.
EDWARD SDropped off at night. No lighting and no direction on where to leave the key. Plus, I never received a follow u receipt regarding the truck drop off, only received receipt on the tow dolly.

MICHAEL GI made my reservation on Oct 29th for a van. When I arrived they had 20 excuses as to why they dodnt have one. Making us wait for them to arrive wasn't enough, they then called corporate and then my reservation was no where to be found so they put me in as a walk in and then I ended up with a small truck which is what I was trying to avoid. I had to be at an event for check in at 11am and had a 10am pickup at UHaul. They wanted to send me elsewhere to get the van which wasnt available anywhere else. Thus the reason I reserved with time. Overall this is the 2nd time I reserve a Uhaul for this event at this location and it will be my last. Ill find amother way because this is ridiculous and on top of it there is no ownership just fingerpointing at who is at fault.
CARMEN GTruck cab was not clean. Food and beverage from prior user was left in cab. Driver door/ window seal was poor resulting in too much wind noise. Personnel were OK
RICHTON CInspect your vehicles. The vehicle we received had some major safety issues. Also had a strong smell.

WILFREDO COften times there are no utility hand trucks available even though one was ordered along with the truck. I realize that this is not the fault of H&A but the U-haul company which apparently needs to have or order more of them. Other than that, the people at H&A were great to work with and made every effort keep customers like me happy with our choice to use them. Well done H&A!!!!!!!
James WTrailer had to be returned due to fuel oil all over the inside. Check your returned equipment.
