Again, why does U-HAUL allow these creepy looking places to rent? There were no lights and it was super dark outside. The owner showed up after we were there for about 10 minutes, but didn’t offer help. Just asked what we were doing there. Like, returning the damn truck! And did the whole check in on the app - which I guess now U-HAUL puts all the work on the customer so the location doesn’t have to do anything. And to top it off, U-HAUL is trying to charge an extra $15 for fuel saying we didn’t return at the same amount? It was 1/4 tank when we picked up and I have a pic. Overall, the truck itself was good, but the whole disorganization with U-HAUL sucks.
