This was the first U-Haul I called and I should have went with them in the first place I went to a couple other places that were closer they were horrible I ended up coming back to this U-Haul location I'm at three people they were all fantastic I got what I needed moved dropped off U-Haul they were good too. My experience was great. Thank you Jay Brian and Jayann.

Straps on trailer were partially cut thru. I didn't use them. Used my own straps. Light wiring was in bad shape and tongue jack was almost seized. Trailer functioned pretty well

The Best uhaul experience of the all locations I have used. Fast, friendly and helpful. I had trouble with my flat four trailer hookup and they helped with an adapter and saved the day.

It was unfortunate that I had to deal with 2 other dealers along with u hauls customer service before ending up with this location. They went out of their way to help and saved the day for me

The trailer I picked up smelled like cat urine and was full of bugs. It was the worst experience. Absolutely zero resolution by the dealer or Uhaul. Extremely unimpressed. Waste of my time and money on move day.

Great and positive experience.. very helpful and accommodating .. I have used U-Haul several times in the past few years and find it very affordable and easy to book online .. I have never had a bad experience with U-Haul or any of the sales associates

I reserved a truck.. was not at kings inn.. did not get 50 back for that which states it was supposed to happen... I get sent to hwy 11 happy land inn, which we got our truck but not our utility dolly. So they offered us 2 reg dolly's which was nice of them. But I was charged 300 for the first and now 232 extra... and didn't get anything back even tho customer service offered me 50 back.. so I should be getting my refund from the first truck which was not at kings inn. I'm beyond disappointed and never usually have issues.. this was not ideal for us trying to move

The reviews on this U-haul location were better than other ones I looked at but I didn't expect that they would go above and beyond to make sure we have a smooth moving day. I had booked a truck for 11 am and when i got there, there was no truck. The gentleman there called the people who were supposed to have it back and they said they'd have it back in about an hour. We left.. then I get a call saying that the people weren't going to bring the truck back that day. The kind lady who also works there told me she will make sure we would have a truck to move that day. And we did! She called back saying she called to look for a truck then called head office and they were able to find me another truck, which they went to get and we got the truck in less than an hour from when she called me back. Overall excellent service and told them I will be back to rent the truck from them.

I have picked up from here a number of times and the personnel are always helpful and accommodating. I booked online as always and it's unfortunate that the website/app retains all of my other information but never retains the actual price I booked at. At check in during pick up, the U-Haul system online then treats it as a new reservation at a higher price, even though I had already completed the online check in prior to arrival. I always have to show a printed copy of the reservation and then the good folks at Happyland have to spend half an hour on the phone with the U-Haul customer service to correct the information.

The truck is rented was supposed to be picked up in Bracebridge, but it wasn't there. I had to drive 45 minutes away to pick it up in Orillia. U-haul only compensated me $50. For fuel. That didn't cover the fuel cost of driving my vehicle down to pick it up, never mind the fuel it took for the truck to get back up to Bracebridge. The truck is very hard on fuel, I averaged 8,3 miles per gallon of gas. I had booked the truck 3 weeks in advance, you would think a company as large as U-haul could figure out away to have a truck waiting for you in the location you requested. I only received a call the day before letting me know the truck was 45 minutes away and I would have to pick it up. We all know moving is stressful enough, I didn't need the extra headache of planning to pick up the truck. The most annoying part was that they really didn't care, the option was to pick up the truck 45 minutes away or don't. Customer satisfaction wasn't a real concern! MY ADVICE IS TO US ENTERPRISE OR ANYONE ELSE. Signed Dissatisfied Customer.

My entire experience was horrid Was supposed to pick the trailer up 5 minutes from home. Booked weeks in advance. Two days before I was informed the only option was to pick up almost 200 kilometres away. After taking a day off work so I get the trailer I drive two hours to a parking lot that isn't plowed properly And was almost unable to drive in due to ruts etc, The uhaul employee pointed me in the direction of the trailer that had two feet of snow on it, God thing I brought a shovel. Offered zero assistance in hooking up to the truck. I've never used that type of connection before lucky I figured it out and it didn't come loose and kill anyone on the highway. I was given a hard time about being late for my pick up time after telling the lady in the phone I had absolutely no idea when I'd arrive because it was such a massive inconvenience to travel there to get the trailer. When I returned it to orillia. They had a car trailer available there but I had to travel an hour further to get mine? Totally disgusted by ever minute of my uhaul experience Never again

Words can not describe my experience. I arrived and nobody was there. I was on a time line and waited an hour before help. Had to help dig the trailer out of a snow bank.

Our UHaul was ready with only 1/4 tank of gas. UHaul should provide these trucks with full tanks. Staff member was very friendly.

No one available on site . Office Doors locked . Sign says to call this number. No one answers .sign on drop off box says to go on line to return vehicle. When you do that you're told that you cannot complete the process because you're unable to share the location .??? Even though your location icon is on . You're then forced to call support for help. Not user friendly at all.

I rented a u-haul on December 31st to move my daughter to Barrie for a new school semester. The representative for u-haul was almost a half hour late for my appointment. I got the vechile home in Kilworthy, but had to drive it very slowly because of snow covered roads..This vehicle was all over the road, slipping and sliding. Once I got this truck home , it got stuck in my driveway on some ice, the tires had no traction and just kept spinning. The next 2 days ended up with a major snowstorm,I had to rent this vechile for a third day because I did not feel safe driving this truck because the tires had no traction .I have pictures, and these tires appear bald. The truck skidded into a snow bank and got stuck.I called customer service to see if they could send someone to help pull it out, the c/s representative did not provide any help/information and did not seem to know what to do.This was not a pleasant experience by any means , the tires made me feel unsafe, the snow was intense , and the stress of moving in a snowstorm was too much. I suggest that there should be inspections done and that these vehicles come equipped with snow tires.

Truck was dirty, rented a bigger truck then what was given to us so more trips had to be made and costed us more in kilometers, gas and time.. Also have to cover the costs of extra km... Exhaust was broken so very loud and burned more fuel. Wasent able to pick up or drop off at desired location. Saw the truck we rented at site but was told it was rented but was still there covered in snow when we returned our smaller truck. Overall very poor experience with uhaul. Would not recommend to anyone.

Unfortunately they had someone who couldn't do his job didn't know the computer he let us go then threaten call the cops due to my driver owed money to u haul has to go back we which cut into gas and kilometers

Upon arrival, the driveway was clear of snow. The gentleman at the front desk not only knew how to back in a truck and trailer on his property, but was also quick to offer. He was quick and ready with the uhaul checkout app/system. He was kind and helpful the whole time.

Very disappointed in U-Haul. My drop off and pick up location was booked for Bracebridge. When I showed up, they did not have the trailer. U-Haul told me my pick up location had changed, but they never gave me any heads up. Had to drive over an hour to the different location to pick up, and then drop off the trailer.

The location was great. Overall uhaul app use is unacceptable. I book a vehicle that shows availible then, the last 3 times told that size vehicle is not any where in my region. Trailer sizes are misleading. Had to return trailer unused. No refund. Trailer too small

The fuel was stated to be between 3/4 and 7/8 and it was only 5/8 to 3/4 I put 12 liters of fuel for 14 miles and was more fuel then what I got it with. No one was there to talk with when dropping it off

I couldn't drive after I received keys because a truck was stucked in snow. It took them about 20 minutes before it was on a clean road.

When someone requests a truck in a certain City you should make sure that there is a truck available especially when it was ordered 6 weeks in advance.

The original trailerthat I was to rent was returned with damaged wheel bearings. An alternate trailer was located at a closer pick up location. The operator at Happyland Inn (Jayana Raj) runs a great location & I'll be using her on my next rent.

No hours of operation were posted, and no one was there. The self-checkout on the app wasn't working well, and the person I talked to on the phone wasn't helpful.

I had requested a pickup site near my home 2 weeks ahead. There are 2. Instead I had to drive 45 minutes down and back to pick up the trailer. The people there were accommodating but the site was too far.

I reserved a truck in Barrie, On. But moving day I had to pick the truck up in Orillia, 1/2 an hour away. so I had to find someone who could drive me there and drive the truck back to Barrie. VERY inconvenient. U-Haul would not/could not/refused to have my truck in Barrie for the date I needed it. AND I RESERVED THE TRUCK WELL IN ADVANCE!!! So this has left negative thoughts about U-Haul in my mind. I doubt I will ever reserve with U-Haul again as there are many options.
