Happyland U-Haul....in Severn. There was 1,5 ft of snow on the roof of the truck when they gave me the keys. Extremely dangerous if heading out onto a highway or road. Thank goodness I did not have to. There was very little gas in the tank. I drove the truck 2 kms and returned it 2 kms. I put gas into the tank before returning it. Certainly more than I used. Their final invoice included a Gas Charge for 10 litres of gas at a price of $16.86. Their response was to call the Head Office.......not their problem. Would not recommend using this U-Haul Outlet.

TYRWHITT CPeople were great but the location seems abandoned. Equipment is typical. Customers are told they will be fueled and ready for pick up. Reality is they need to be fueled and have engine lights on.
