The truck is had clearly has transmission problems. I was told the check engine light was on but not about transmission issues

Didn’t see anyone in person as it was a remote drop off but the portal was amazing and ease our work on Sunday to get those unpacked and to storage
Rubby DLocation is great. Uhaul internet being down caused me ALOT of $$$ and stress. Had movers scheduled but had to reschedule at last minute to next day! Cleaners were scheduled and had to be rescheduled Rental car had to be extended additional day...on and on because could not get truck when originally scheduled. Ugh.....

HOLLY MMaybe accuracy.. I put that we would use 20 miles and was charged $80. When we dropped it off it said we used 17 miles and charged me $10 more and I was very confused.

LEON TI rented a small two whee trailer and it was a one way or daily for 3 days. I paid $308 which I thought was ridiculous. So after I got to my destination to turn it in i had a wait for an hour and they told me they put the wrong address on my paperwork and I asked the lady how much do they charge for the same trailer and she told Me $20 bucks a day and when i took the trailer to another drop off place after another long drive which cost me another $40 I asked again how much for the same trailer and I was told $20 bucks. So I feel like I was really treated unfairly and or ripped off big time. Two weeks before this happened iPad u haul pretty close to two grand for a 26 foot truck out of grapevine Texas and treated very respectable and I give them a fine star survey. So wish you all the best and if you guys think that I should be compensated anything at all you can reach me at my email jedspopp@yahoo.com

HOLLY MI rented a dolly but didn't get one Stores excuse was they was on lunch when I did the mobile reservation when there was a parking lot full of the same cars when I dropped it off …. And told me since i already check truck back in there was no way to get a refund from it

DAVID RNext time I would love to see my truck on time & at the original pick up place. This place was great. U-Haul as a company sucks. You promise a truck & send a NOTE not a phone call the night before at 5:30 pm saying you had no truck for pick up at 10am the next day. I had people schedule to load & unload & a car rented for returning home. That is not good business practice. The place you are asking for my feedback had a truck & ready for pick up at 8:00 am the next day. My family has had the same issues in the last month. That is 4 issues of renting a truck & not having the truck ordered at the time of pickup. Other than this issue which is a BIG issue. The truck ran fine & was clean.

Brian LThe trick was so dirty when we picked it up. It clearly had not been kept up. The tires definitely needed to be replaced because they had little to not tread. Very dissatisfied that we pay hundred of dollars for this.
Mason D1. I would have liked if someone would have come walked to the truck with me to write down existing "damages". That way I can be confident when i drop it off, that there's proof I didn't cause anything pre-existing. 2. The cab of the truck was disgusting!!!! I went to set up my chargers & phone holder & couldn't even put stuff together without super cleaning. I mean it was like someone poured out a cup of coffee all along the dash & floor. I also cleaned all the windows. SO, if y'all wanna knock off some of the price for detailing your truck, I'll take it!

EARL TLocation was fine, the person working was very helpful. The truck however was not in the best condition by far. Audio input didn't work, the windshield wipers were extremely old, we were unable to turn off the cabin light, extremely frustrating for night driving not to mention unsafe.
Cameron GThe owner was good and helpful but the atrocious sales taxes was ridiculous. that was over 38 dollars in a sale tax so it is deceitful and misleading on the website in pricing plus website and app is garbage. The website never shows your reservations and always error's and misleading. app is same.
BRAD PAir barely worked so we had to still move our furniture in da heat.The headlights barely beaming,had to send in plenty photos because the truck was dented & scratched up so bad when I went to pick it up & didn’t wanna be responsible for all those problems .They gave me the most raggedy truck rental they had.

Bert CHart was great; however, the truck's battery was dead when I was about to pull out (after loading) and when I called Hart they had to tell me to call Uhaul Roadside Service. I was also questioned greatly about what I may have done to cause this, which was absolutely nothing. Since RSS would be 1,5 hours, I called a mechanic to jump me and took off. I was told the battery was bad. I called Hart and told to call RSS again. I wanted a new battery before a 61 year old female hit the road in a big truck to drive 650 miles. Anyways, I made it...thank God; however, when I finally made it and pulled into my off loading site, the battery died again. Another call to RSS. Jacksonville RSS was here quickly and all ended up well, but how frustrating to hit the road like this being concerned I would be stuck on the side of the road somewhere alone. The truck really does need a new battery after-all.

Hampton vI tried picking up my reservation twice and it wouldn't go through. When I called I was told there was a flash on my account, and they removed it without any comment on what it was. Since I reserved my rental before the day of, this could have been handled before I was standing on the side of the road with traffic blaring by and keeping my help waiting.
Matthew BDon't assume people opt in for insurance. I was never asked if I wanted it or not. And he was predijest that it was 2 women using a uhaul to move. I will never go there again because the truck he gave me was old and hard to open and close the back.
