This is the 2nd time I have rented from this location, both times I reserved a furniture mover and dolly, both times I was told that this location does not have such equipment. If the location does not have access to the equipment then the webpage should not let me reserve it.

DERRICK PI did not book my truck in Moberly. I booked it in Macon the day before my move.U-Haul calls and tells me that Macon doesn't have my truck that I have to drive 32 miles to Moberly to pick up my truck. HAVE THE TRUCK AVAILABLE WERE IT IS BOOKED AT!
