Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisPerson at pickup location had a family emergency so my pickup got changed to online, but this change did not get flagged in the app. Had to talk to Uhaul on the phone, but the people at the main number couldn't change it so I had to talk to regional dispatch. Then had trouble with the app not detecting correct location even though I had "precision" mode turned on and allowed GPS in the app. Truck was relatively clean but when I opened the back there was a wood pallet, a bunch of cut pallet straps, and several large pieces of cardboard. Not a huge deal, but was slightly frustrating that I had to dispose of them. Similarly had trouble with the app detecting my location when I returned the truck. All that said, the truck functioned and was not a complete mess. It did take me nearly an extra hour of time jumping through hoops just to deal with the pickup / dropoff though.
Sidney NEveryone made everything so easy and great!
WILLIAM GGuy appeared unfriendly! He never offered me a copy of a contract, never had me sign anything, and gave me nothing to present when I dropped off the equipment and never explained why!
JERRY RDrop off location there were no issues and I would recommend
