Great 26 ft Truck, it was in great condition, smooth long drive. Love it. recommend U-haul to anyone ad better price.

Michael STrying to return the truck, the app crashed and our reservation no longer showed on your profile which meant another 20-30 minutes on hold. The location was fine, the app is horrible.
THOMAS CThe owner was not at the store when we arrived. There was 2 young teenagers there while the owner was away. They had no idea on how to process the rental. They called the owner a few times. After about 15 minutes the owner called back and told them what to do. We followed the instructions given but the WiFi was so terrible we weren't able to complete online check in. We finally moved to a different area where we could get a signal. The U-Haul rep on the phone gave us online checkin and we finally was able to get the truck after an hour! We will never use this location again. Not only were they unaware of the process but offered zero assistance with WiFi issues.
Stacey CThe Cashier did not know how to do the UHaul transactions and it took extremely long until I was able to pick up my reservation but first had to speak with a UHaul representative to take care of everything.
