The rental was old sticky and out dated. The wheel cut my hand and the roof was falling in my view . Absolutely horrible truck.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe location I picked the truck up was adequate. Not sure about leaving a car there overnight if I had to...not bad, just not sure. Really the location wasn't an issue. What was an issue was that I had to drive there due to the reservation I originally made not being available. I do understand U-Haul can't do anything about someone not returning a truck and I was happy that you worked with me on days and rate due to smaller truck size. I do wish it could have been handled before hand. I may have chosen a more convenient location if I had time to look, made a different decision on the truck size, and just been able to save the time and hassle that morning. I do want to say I appreciate the people who helped that morning to resolve the issue.
Steven GHave a better check out and check in process. I got a call from U-Haul reservation thenext morning stating that I had not returned the truck, but the store owner didn't go out and check it in apparently and told me everything was good and that I didn't need to do anything. There was no instructions on checking the truck in, which could have been a later problem.
