I have rented many U-Haul trucks from different locations over the years. This particular location provided me with the cleanest and most mechanically fit vehicle. I will return. keep up the great work.

I had requested for a trolley which I did not receive. When I got back home and opened the truck, I found out it was missing. When I called back to enquire about it, they stated that additional equipment are subjected to availability. This is unacceptable, for 2 reasons: 1. I should have been informed about this change at the location. 2. How do U Haul expect us to move heavy stuffs without a trolley and where do you expect us to find a trolley at the last minute on a weekend. This was quite disappointing.

Fucking check the trailer with your hands not your eyes. My trailer disconnected because of employee negligence. Told me it was good to go when it wasn't even locked in properly.

Drive window had been left open and there was water in the hand hold. No driver seat dimensions were available and therefore I couldn't determine whether the 10 foot truck would fit me. I didn't have enough leg room to drive it so I had to get a larger truck. Would be nice to have this info online.

Communicate parts that won't be available, eg only 6 pads and no furniture dolly provided which severely impacted the rental. Fix app timeouts and login session, couldn't finish the pickup images.

Make sure that the trucks actually get cleaned, like whipped out with soap and hot water... or at least a lysol whipe... they were so gross and there were empty soda cans in it, etc. it was nasty and took me an hour to clean.

Overcharged me. Charged two extra days just because they didn't process the return until 2 days later. We returned the truck the same day ie 18 hours EARLY Tried calling to resolve - no answer after being on hold for 30 minutes

They were extremely rude to me over the phone, they also told me that I was a day late to return the truck when I was not, they brushed it off and told me that I wouldn't get charged and then I did get charged.

Our experience was not good with u-haul. I received a call one day before letting me know the truck was not available, I did not get the furniture dolly or pads that I ordered and the truck itself was very dusty and dirtied all my furniture. Not happy with my overall experience,.
