Justin MThe gentleman who checked me in and show me the truck was extremely calm, professional and explained everything to me that I needed to know. This was my first time renting a small box truck from Uhaul. The gentleman that I turned the truck back into was once again, kind, friendly, helpful and professional. UHaul has two great employees and should be proud of these guys. As a women I hate to say it, but we can be taking advantage of when it comes to so called guy jobs. However I hit the lottery with these two gentlemen and their kindness. Thanks for asking.

Erica VWas surprised to see I was charged for an extra 2 gallons of gas even though I refilled to the specified mark. Even if I did somehow miss the mark, how does 13 miles driven equal to nearly 4 gallons of gas?

ARMELLE FOwner of the affiliate location (gas station) incredibly rude towards me an other customers just getting gas. The only truck available had an engine light on for a faulty tire pressure sensor. Clearly has been an issue prior to me renting the vehicle. However the gas station attendant when I dropped it off at night was incredibly pleasant and friendly.

Frank DBetter customer service!!! This guy wanted a full tank gas after the truck was already filled up because he wanted filled at their gas station! Ridiculous!! Very rude and poor customer service! Wouldn't recommend this place to no one! Go to Quincy Ave their staff are nicer and go above and beyond for you! This location you get drive to stop and shop to pick up the truck and then you drop it off to them walking back to stop and shop to pick up your own vehicle smh!!!

John DStaff was not terribly friendly and the truck had multiple odd issues while driving. Pulled hard to the right, struggled when downshifting and had a noise like something was loose.
Xander LThe gas tank was never "topped off" by previous user, and I ended up putting in 2,5 gallons for a 6-mile trip (should have only been 6 10ths of a gallon - I was getting 10 MPG on my errand. The clerk argued with me, but checked the odometer and confirmed I had driven only 6 miles. He was quite unapologetic.

Haoyu WBoth gentlemen were very polite, professorial, and helpful. Cargo van was ready in minutes and was clean. The other advantage is that you can refuel at the location after the trip since it's a gas station.
Sumanta DThere is no parking lot for the vans, so you're sent to two different locations to see if the vehicle is there. There are no distinct signs to indicate it is a UHaul place.

Mary JTruck was not at station for inspection when staff was notified of defective equipment they refused to note issues. After an argument, the finally place small x where dents and broken equipment was noted by customer. They still would not note on contact. Staff was pleasant, but not accountable. Would not recommend.

Then the guy tried to convince me I had to refuel at his gas station which was 3,55 gal so I filled It up down the street for 3,34 and they were giving me crap for not refueling there saying I had to. I told them no I don't just need to return the truck full and you could see the distaste
Jeff VWay too inconvenient of a location. Had to go into a gas station with no parking to fill out paperwork, then cross Route 3A at a busy light/intersection to get the truck itself. Then had to cross back to pick up the dollys. There were no small four wheeled furniture dollys even though I booked and paid for one online, but they offered me a giant, heavy, cumbersome appliance moving dolly for no charge, even though I had no use for it. The two old dudes who were working seemed more invested in their lunch order from Wendy's than filling out my rental form, and neither of them wore a mask. Pretty awful experience overall.
