Dung VCheck all the boxes for the key, there were 4-6 boxes somewhat confusing for someone with ADHD
VANESSA HI drove a total of 13 miles. To fill it back up was over 9 dollars. Whom ever rented the truck before me didn't fill it back up. The lady at the front desk was friendly. I curious as how the charges are calculated since the side of the truck said like 19,99 to rent in town. I actually returned the truck the next day instead of 2 days. The bill was still 133 dollars.

eric hFor one they could put up lights that work on the outside of building. If it's late when I bring it back it is dark and alot of homeless people walk up and down that street. And it's the only location that ever has anything available but I have no choice but the rent from this location. And the truck when I picked it up this time was nasty soda spilt all in the middle the floor mats were gross. Empty water bottles a bottle of perfume. I never leave it dirty for the next person.

RAFAEL MMake sure you have the equipment available for someone's reservation. Especially when the reservation was made well in advance and you call the customer the night before the pick up date confirming that you have it. And when you don't have the equipment that was confirmed, don't make your customers drive over an hour away to go pick up equipment that should have already been there. Additionally, uhaul should not confirm that certain vehicles fit on their auto transports when they really don't fit. Had to leave my vehicle across country due to uhaul's errors and were luck enough just to get our home moved due to all the errors.
