No help to unhook and drop trailer, was heavy and difficult for a tired 73 year old man to accomplish after a hot day of moving. Trailer drop is in an unmoved grass lot. Will definitely check out other locations for future use in Ardmore.

Closed location for a week. Website down, an hour and a half hold to reserve one just for the agent to have me do a mobile pick up (doesn’t work if app is down) then another 30 mins to pick up the truck. Had to see two different locations.
CATHERINE NHad trailer come off the ball while driving down the highway. Was either connected wrong or was defective.
Rhonda WThe hitch came off the ball as I was driving down the highway. It was bouncing left and right, I still can't believe I was able to get over to the median and come to a stop. The hitch was either put on wrong or broken. It did a lot of damage to my truck.
