DONALD IOverall Excellence Only one improvement that can be made; could do a better performance on informing the customer about the features of the U-Haul, like toggling keys to get better fuel milage, and advise driveability of the equipment. Otherwise it was great but can be better like doing the walk-around the equipment to showcase what the equipment has or lacks compare to the others U-Haul equipment. Could promote further sale to make up for it. I have no complaints. Just thinking for the next customer in the future.

EDWARD JEverything on the uhaul end was actually quite terrible! miscommunication after miscommunication , mistake after mistake was made , the ONLY great part about my entire experience was Connie at Kemway Lanes helping me through everything , if it wasn't for her I don't think this move would have even been possible . I've had many positive experiences in the past but all of the changes you have recently made to ur system either made it unaffordable and/or not even possible to be confident I would ever book you again to move , it's more reliable and affordable to book a trailer with anyone else. I hope you take these comments into consideration in the future because the only way I would even consider telling someone to book with you at this point is if Connie at Kemway lanes help them book.

Kevin HMake sure the truck has been inspected upon return. The truck was dirty and the heater wan not working and the guy had no idea. We couldn't use that truck.
Doug SOur pickup location was changed to this one. Service here was fine, just disappointing we had to travel to Humboldt instead of Melfort. Very inconvenient when moving.
Anita ZThe vehicle was clean and had a full tank of fuel. The passenger side wiper blade was missing, the driver side blade was perished and the windshield washer tank was empty. This vehicle was not winter ready.

David CWhile the Humboldt location was fine, we were supposed to pick up the trailer two days later in Saskatoon. This meant we spent several hours on the road which were not planned as well as the additional cost of gas. All in all, a very frustrating and inconvenient experience not related to the Humboldt location.

Dean BI have rented truck and trailers from u-haul numerous times. The gentleman who runs this location is professional, courteous and very thorough. This location is very well operated.
Aaron BI was not able to back in the trailer with my motor home and they said they would take care of the trailer if I left it parked in the road. That was extremely helpful to me and I am happy.
Joanne KInterior was dirty. Rear cargo door was not completely closed and had to sweep out snow.
keith hThe Trailer had broken clearance lights. Of the 4 tail lights the driver side worked fine, passenger side top light had broken wiring and lower light was so dim you could not see it. Trailer was not road worthy and when the very young and over worked kid and Kemway Lanes called the service line for us he was told they could not show up for the repairs for 3 days and we needed this Trailer and had already needed to travel over 100km away from Saskatoon to pick it up. When I spoke to the owner he was less than friendly and of no help. I still ended up paying the full rate for the rental, thankfully we did not get stopped by law enforcement.

Joshua PThere was no instructions or walk about the truck. Just here are the keys for that one. No air conditioning in truck so had to drive with the windows open. The fuel economy gauge was not working.

DILLON SCar dolly arrived with duct taped tailight but was in overall good shape. Tire straps and ratchet were dirty slightly worn but not beyond what we expected from regular use. Staff is very helpful, friendly and professional, very impressed with the staff.

Randal FGear shifter didn't work right and was jaming the whole trip, the engine was quite unresponsive and transmission was sluggish The gas mileage was terrible. There was tape on windows, perhaps holding down window. Could not adjust mirrors which was a safety risk, causing large blind spots. Cleanliness of vehicle was adequate.
Chris MTruck should have cruise for such long distance. Would also be a fuel saver with cruise. Other than that, great truck!! Thank you!

JOHN VUHaul should have jacks on these trailers. They are very heavy to lift when hooking and unhooking fron tow vehicle.

Tamyco BI book 20ft. U-Haul but give us 26ft. , then not properly calculated the extra mileages but anyway thank you so much no hassle in moving, it’s a great help.
