Fultz BThe owner is not nice to deal with. No place to park when I brought the trailer back. He made me back out into traffic on a busy road at 5pm to bring it around. I told him we could just move the 1 foot smaller trailer and I could just pull in. He was very condescending and said I was like the other guy. Told me I wouldn't listen as I tried to assist in unhooking the trailer. I'm surprised you have any return business to this location as I have seen many other online reviews stating the same about the owner.

Robert AUpon returning my U-Haul truck, I encountered further issues with the app. Although the return instructions were clear, I was unable to input the necessary information. Consequently, I had to contact the scheduling department, where a representative noted the problem. When asked if I could enter details via the app, I confirmed it was not possible. Overall, my experience was unsatisfactory.
ANDREW SIt's not easily accessible with all the wrecked cars sitting around. So you can't see the building to go in. There is room for 1-2 people once inside because of all the "stuff" around. The gentleman was friendly but not personable. The truck was clean and worked out great. This was our first time renting one, and if we needed one again would probably go to a different location. I just want to give an honest review.

joshua sThe lot was so small and full that we had no where to park the returning truck. The check out process on the app was fairly simple, but with it being 18°, and after driving 6 hours that day with no employees there... it was frustrating, and very cold. Not a terrible experience, just a long day.
Lisa NI dropped off two days early, the location was akin to a poorly run junk yard. Almost impossible to find a place to park the car transport I returned. After several attempts I was able to squeeze in close to a dumpster. Noticed a missed call on my phone the next day, from that business, and a voice mail asking me to call. Returned the call, only to be reprimanded by a guy named Terry for not parking in "The correct spot" ... ....supper unpleasant and unprofessional!

Mary MReally hard to find a place to park a truck after hours. Hope it was okay where I left it. You need a N/A selection for your questions in case it is an after hour drop off like mine. I had no interaction with personnel nor did I enter any facilities.

Douglas WOwner rude said uhaul wasn't cleaned. Had too much residual on floor. I explained that it leaked and boxes were falling apart we swept it out but did not mop. Told him he could charge card $25 if he felt he needed to, but still kept being belligerent.

RANDALL GGentleman on duty was helpful and courteous. Parking lot is difficult to navigate but part of that is that it's at a busy intersection and that can't be helped.
