KATIE KThe trailer door was bent and was not easy opening up. Needed one person to push in on the left side of door where it was bent while another lifted up.
Mary ALock box #4 needs to be replaced, the LOSS code was so touchy and the last digit wouldn’t click to unlock the key, we almost gave up and were so frustrated!

SCOTT ABit strange ! Got to location and note on door said - By Appointment only ! I called the number and he said to just drop the trailer by the others. Bit unnerving just dropping it and leave.

Jonathan EThe spot to park trailer was on a slight incline so had some difficulty unhitching due to it rolling back towards truck and since the location was closed didn't have assistance. Would've been fine if the spot wasn't on an incline and if the trailer brake wasn't leaking brake fluid making it messy and difficult to grasp. I was also charged an additional $30 which I believe I shouldn't if not should get a refund do to the leaking trailer brake.

patrick sWhile the guy at the pick up location wasn't there, he did answer the phone and took care of me. To be fair, I was slightly early, but if you know you have an outbound rental, make a point of maybe allowing yourself a grace period (before and after scheduled pickup times). He said he was 45 minutes away. This had the potential for irritation if I had to wait, but I was able to get the keys and take off.
Matthew CI've used this location before and like it The truck I used was over 100 000 miles and ran well but smelled like it burned oil. I was 4-hours past 24 hours and was charged a second day, including blanket rentals. It's too bad this location cannot rent by the hour.
Marcia MTire on trailer was bald with cords showing. Should not have been on the road!! Extremely nervous ride back from picking our daughter up from college.

Dan WI requested a extra day cause of the extreme cold I was granted it I misunderstood the guy and thought it was 8:36 pm to return I had the truck returned st 11:35 am I could understand a 20 dollar charge but feel the 89 was excessive. I returned on Sunday so had no contact with personnel or did I go into any business

Duane JCustomer service, owner was unfriendly and unhelpful, when i called him. I wanted to confirm the rental and ask about the pick up and he basically said there was nothing he could do to help me. Truck cleanliness, inside was dirty and had trash inside of cab, outside was covered in bird poop and bugs.

Robert ADoors where both unlocked. The trucks were parked incredibly close to eachother which made it difficult to walk around and check vehicles. The lockboxs were visibly located and easily labeled and I appreciated that.
CHRISTIAN WExcellent experience at this location. Reserved a U-Haul on a Sunday at 1130 AM with a Noon pickup. Very convenient. The process from start to finish was easy to follow and organized. Highly recommend this location .

Thomas SSomething needs done about the fuel efficiency. We rented a Budget truck to move to the same location with more furniture and Uhaul fuel was $300 and Budget was $180
Brandy SThe guy working used a floor Jack to lift the trailer hitch and hooked up the trailer. When I returned the trailer I didn't see the Jack where he had put it. I started to think I was going to have to take the trailer home with me. It was 9 pm in Saturday. There was no way I was going to be able to lift the trailer off. I looked around and there was a small floor Jack by the door. Communication as to where a Jack was located for customer use would have been nice. This is the second trailer I have rented. First one was smaller. I will rent from here again
