The people who handled my rental were great. The rental was nice and clean. The gas station and surrounding area were a little scary.
jamie bThe communication at the pick-up location was terrible! First they told us they didn't handle anything with the rental and just to communicate with U-Haul through the app. Then, when we returned later in the day to get the trailer, and did everything in the app as requested, they reported to the police that the trailer was stolen because no one went inside to do "the paperwork." Fortunately a phone call from the police resolved everything on our end, but that location was awful. Also, the brake lights and turn signals on the trailer do not work.

MICHAEL MGot charged for 2 days on a 1 dapy rental cuz I got stuck in traffic and was latel 1,5 hrs!) I wont be renting from Uhaul again ever! Leave me alone!!

Takesha HKush store re ordered my uhaul after I had did it online and added prices I didn't ask for. The truck I ordered online was dirty.in back area. I will not do business with Uhaul anymore
