The man at the Kush Food Market was extremely kind, and helpful, meeting me in the parking lot to take care of my return. My criticism which follows should not go on the reputation of the Kuss Food Mart. The man there did his job well. (It was dark when I arrived for drop-off, so the best I could see, it looked pretty average as a gas station/convenience store. Because he met me outside, I did not go into the store.) I realize that I was the one who chose this return location, but I did it thinking I was getting a different business that is more on the main road. I ended up having to travel an additional 8-10 miles to drop off from where I thought I was going to leave the truck. Those extra miles ended up costing me an extra $8 to $10 with the extra mile fees. One for extra miles . . . I was frustrated at the time of rental that they granted me only 106 miles. I knew that was going to be an issue, and it turned out that it was. I do think that by turning the vehicle in a day early (a 15-foot truck), there could have been some grace given to me. After all, I could have help it another day. I think I should have been cut some slack on the mileage charge.

Dawson JOwner assumed my drop off location would be an address on file. I had to call U-Haul to change the drop off location later.
Tommy MCustomer service was nice and quick
obryant dBad part of town. Representative was extremely lazy. Had to get my own appliance hand truck, didn't check condition of truck or contents.
