JOSEPH SI would never use this location again even if it was the last one local to me. I made in less then 5 miles off the lot before my trailer detached from my car, stranding me in the middle of a very busy highway. My truck has damage from the experience and I still haven't even heard about that resolution yet. The manager of the location sent someone to help me and said he would process me a refund- but I'll still never return. It's literally a safety issue using this location.
HANNAH DI was disappointed when I ordered 24 furniture blankets and was told they only had 12. Online the price was 12 for $12. But in the store I was reimbursed $10. I also think since I made the reservation a week in advance the items I asked for should be there. The trailer was clean and in good working order. The staff was very helpful. Very courteous. The building and grounds were clean and well organized. I would use them again if the opportunity arises.

DARYL LThe truck was received with potato chips and fries on the floor . The key for the bay door lock did not work. My credit card was charged for the rental at pickup for estimated amount and again at return for the actual billing , and was not corrected for 5 days, locking my account. This location has served me well in the past but needs to train their new people better especially in billing which caused many problems .

MICHAEL CProvide a clean and mechanically sound vehicle. The truck I received was not clean in the cabin or the back. I returned it cleaner than it was when i picked it up. It also ran terribly. Something is off with the engine and or transmission. This was an overall unfavorable experience. Especially based on the cost. Being charged double for returning a truck 3 hours after closing is bananas. Two rental fees, two insurance fees, two hand truck fees, and two blanket fees. I get charging a prorated amount, but double everything. Ridiculous.

Darla YI had a new representative help me check out a trailer. He seemed a bit frustrated and gave me a time to bring it back the next day which was 3 hours after they closed. I ended up having to pay for an extra day rental. Other than that everything was fine.

Gary KRented a 15ft truck. Left with a full tank and brought back with a full tank. I was charged $8,55 for 2 gallons of fuel even though I stopped at the fuel station right before returning the truck. The a/c in the truck does not work when you are accelerating but as soon as you let up on the accelerator the a/c starts to blow cold again
LANCE MCheck in was easy, staff helped to hook up the trailer and did the walk around. We identified an area that the sticker with an "X" had fallen off, they put a new one on. Drop off was easy by using the U-Haul app.

COURTNEY GI've used U-Haul many times over the years. By far, this location had the friendliest employees, as well as cleanest store that I've ever seen. They offered so many other items that I've never seen in other U-Haul stores for purchase to the customer. I would recommend this location to anyone in the area over and over again!
