Location was surprisingly closed, had to figure out the remote drop off process. Picking the drop off location was more difficult than I expected. It is hard to determine the best place due to limited information available.
Michael RNo one was present at 9am to help me turn in the trailer. Had a 6x12 and had difficult lifting the trailer from the hitch. Had to ask a passerby to pull my truck forward to unhook the trailer from.

ROBERT RAgent said I wouldn’t be charged for anything additional and my CC had a $609 fee and was charged $75 for 2 gallons of gas.
MICHELLE SDispatched a truck without a lock. Dispatched an auto transport with frayed tie down straps. Staff was an hour late. Staff told me I would get a $100 cash deposit back when I returned the truck in new york. Not the case. I owe the independent agent at return $60 still.

Martin SThe vehicle I rented was in need of maintenance, it has an exhaust leak that we could clearly smell. We had to ride with the windows down to avoid passing out. The cargo area was so filthy we HAD to rent blankets to avoid our furniture from getting ruined by oil stains and debris. I would like a refund of some sort to make up for the inconvenience I endured. This is poor business to rent vehicles in this condition.
